Please note: You do not need to add any liquid to the chicken; it will produce its own liquid.


For a nice presentation, brown the chicken in the oven. Place the chicken on a foil-lined baking sheet and broil for 3-5 minutes, or until the skin is crispy and brown. Allow 5 minutes to rest before serving.


Other options:

Fill the cavity with a sliced lemon, some garlic, or other herbs you like.
