Shipping
We pack and ship each order with care — from our Treehouse kitchen to yours.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2–4 business days. During peak holiday seasons or special promotions, please allow a few extra days for fulfillment.
Shipping Rates
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
We currently ship within the United States only.
Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking information so you can follow your Treehouse goodies as they make their way home to you.
Lost or Delayed Packages
While we wish we could hand-deliver every jar ourselves, once a package leaves our hands, the carrier is responsible for delivery. If your order is delayed or lost in transit, please reach out to us at thetreehouseandco@gmail.com, and we’ll do everything we can to help.
Returns + Exchanges
Because our products are food-based, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges once an item has been opened or used.
However, your happiness means the world to us. If something isn’t right — whether your order arrived damaged, incomplete, or simply not up to snuff — please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll make it right.
To report an issue:
Email thetreehouseandco@gmail.com with your order number and a brief description (photos are super helpful). We’ll do our best to replace, refund, or resolve it quickly.
Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of purchase, as long as they haven’t shipped.
Gifts + Promotions
Items purchased during special promotions or bundled as gifts may have different return or replacement terms, which will be noted at the time of purchase.
