Grilled Salt and Pepper Shrimp in Cast Iron Skillet

Ingredients:
- 1 lb. large shrimp, peeled and deveined 
- 2 tbsp. olive oil 
- 1 ½ teaspoons of Jen’s Blend Gourmet Salt and Pepper 
- 1 lemon, cut into wedges 
- Fresh herbs, chopped (for garnish) 
- For extra flavor add a little garlic powder, paprika, and red pepper flakes 
Instructions:
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat. Place a cast iron skillet on the grill to preheat as well. 
- In a large mixing bowl, toss the shrimp with olive oil, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, paprika, and red pepper flakes (if using) until evenly coated. 
- Place the seasoned shrimp in the preheated cast iron skillet in a single layer. Cook for 2-3 minutes per side, or until the shrimp are pink and opaque. 
- Remove the skillet from the grill and transfer the cooked shrimp to a serving platter. Squeeze fresh lemon juice over the shrimp and garnish with chopped herbs. 
- Serve immediately with additional lemon wedges on the side. Enjoy your delicious grilled salt and pepper shrimp cooked in a cast iron skillet! 
Note: You can also cook this recipe indoors on your stovetop over medium-high heat. Just follow the same instructions, but use a stove instead of a grill.
