 
        
        
      
    
    Nothing like fresh caught rainbow trout baked with almonds, rosemary, and orange peels.
INGREDIENTS
- 2 boneless rainbow trout filets (or any fish) 
- 2 tablespoon of olive oil 
- 2 - 3 tablespoon of The Treehouse + Co Candied Almond Rub 
INSTRUCTIONS
- Pre-heat the oven to 400°. 
- Place tin foil on a baking sheet. 
- Place the filets on the foiled sheet, skin side down. 
- Using a tablespoon of oil, coat each filet. 
- Cover each filet with the rub. 
- Cook until flaky and opaque, about 8-10 minutes.
