  6. Ship the item back to us using the provided return shipping label or as instructed by our customer support team. Please retain the proof of shipment.

  7. Upon receiving the returned item, our quality control team will inspect it to verify the defect. If the product qualifies as defective, we will offer you one of the following options:

    • Replacement: We will provide you with a replacement of the same spice or seasoning or a comparable alternative.

    • Refund: If a replacement is not available or desired, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.
