To Make

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or foil, and set a wire rack on top if you have one.

  2. Lay out the bacon in a single layer.

  3. Add the flavor. Spoon a bit of Candied Pecan Rub onto the bacon, then use the back of the spoon to spread it evenly over each slice.

  4. Bake for 20–25 minutes, rotating the pan halfway through, until the bacon is golden, bubbly, and crisp around the edges.

  5. Cool on the rack for a few minutes — it will crisp as it cools.

  • A wire rack helps the bacon cook evenly, flat, and stay crisp.

  • For an extra flavor boost, sprinkle a touch more rub over the bacon right after it comes out of the oven.

To Store
Keep leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.

To Freeze
Let the bacon cool completely. Layer slices between sheets of parchment paper to keep them from sticking together, then place in a freezer-safe bag or container. Freeze for up to 2 months.
