Hot Honey Pistachio Whip
We make this one for our Wooten Hill House Shows, and it’s always a fan favorite. Whipped cream cheese meets hot honey and a drizzle of olive oil, finished with a generous sprinkle of our Candied Pistachio blend. Sweet, salty, a little spicy — and absolutely irresistible with crackers or warm bread.

Candied Pistachio Appetizer
Your new favorite party bite.
Ingredients
8 oz cream cheese, softened
2 tbsp heavy cream (or milk, for lighter texture)
2 tbsp olive oil, plus more for drizzling
2 tbsp hot honey (or regular honey with a pinch of chili flakes)
Candied Pistachio (plus extra for topping)
Crackers, crostini, or flatbread, for serving
Instructions
Whip the base:
In a medium bowl (or mixer), combine softened cream cheese, heavy cream, and olive oil. Whip until smooth, airy, and spreadable — about 2–3 minutes.Add flavor:
Fold in 2 tablespoons of hot honey.Serve:
Spoon the whipped cream cheese onto a shallow platter. Use the back of a spoon to create swoops.Finish:
Drizzle with olive oil and a touch more hot honey. Sprinkle generously with Candied Pistachio.Garnish & serve:
Serve with crackers or baguette slices.
